How ordering from abroad works

This is the whole process, start to finish.

1. Tell us what and when.
Send a file, drawing, sketch or photo, the quantity and the date it must arrive, by WhatsApp or email. Every enquiry is answered as soon as it arrives, in any time zone.
2. A written quote within 24 hours.
Itemised, in Indian rupees, with an approximate value in your currency. The date is agreed first, and a committed price never changes.
3. Approve from renders and photos.
You approve the design from renders and photos. A physical sample can be made at prototype cost and credited to the full order.
4. Advance, then build.
A 50% advance starts the work, by bank transfer or card link. You get progress photos and a video before dispatch.
5. Balance, then ship.
The balance is paid before dispatch. We ship by air or sea to your door, with import duty and taxes paid by the importer on arrival, or hand the order to your own forwarder in Mumbai.
6. Put right if anything goes wrong.
If we damage something, we put it right. If we miss the agreed date through our own fault, you can have a full refund.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes. We ship by air or sea worldwide, or hand the order to your forwarder in Mumbai.

Which currency do you quote in?

Indian rupees, with an approximate value in your currency for reference. You can pay by international bank transfer or card link.

Who pays import duty and taxes?

The importer pays them on arrival in the destination country. We provide the commercial invoice, packing list and product details your broker needs.

Can I see the work before it ships?

Yes. You approve the design first, get progress photos and a video before dispatch, and can order a sample at prototype cost.

What if you miss the date?

If we miss the agreed date through our own fault, you can have a full refund.

Which time zones do you work in?

All of them: we answer as soon as a message arrives, and calls are set in your working day.
