Design & engineering consulting
Bring a napkin sketch, a broken part, or a full CAD assembly. We model, reverse-engineer and run design-for-additive-manufacturing reviews so your part prints right the first time — correct wall thicknesses, orientation, tolerances and material choice.

02 · Prototyping
Rapid prototyping
Iterate fast. Our in-house Bambu Lab FDM fleet turns revisions around in hours, not weeks — test fit, form and function, then refine. Multi-material and multi-colour builds supported.

03 · Production
Low-volume production
Batch runs where every part matches the first: calibrated machines, dimensional spot-checks, and consistent finishing across the run. Ideal for 10–500 piece quantities that don't justify tooling.

When production should NOT be printed
If your volumes or material call for injection moulding or metal, we'll say so in the quote and — where it helps — route it through vetted partners instead of forcing it onto our machines. See the capability matrix.
04 · Fabrication & finishing
CNC, casting, moulding & finish work
The half of the studio most bureaus don't have. This is where parts become products.
CNC machining
Machined parts and features where printing isn't the right answer — flat, true, tapped and toleranced.
Resin casting & moulding
Silicone moulds and polyurethane casts for short runs, masters and parts that need a cast-quality surface.
Premium finishing
Sanding, priming, painting, clear-coats and texture work — camera-ready and customer-ready surfaces.
