FabraForma is a scale model and fabrication studio in Powai, Mumbai, about three hours' flight from Dubai. We build models, props and replicas for developers, agencies, stand builders and model makers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

Send the drawings and the date it has to stand on site. We reply within 24 hours with a plan, then build, crate and ship it in sections that go through a normal door.

How a UAE order works

Six steps from drawings to standing on site.

1. Drawings and date.
Send CAD, BIM or PDF drawings, the size, the city and the hand-over date. We reply within 24 hours.
2. Written quote.
An itemised quote in Indian rupees with an approximate value in dirhams, the build time and how it travels.
3. Build with progress photos.
Printed, machined, painted and assembled in Powai, with photos and a video walk-round before packing.
4. Crated in sections.
Foam-lined crates and a numbered assembly sheet, so the model goes together on site.
5. Shipped.
By air for speed, or by sea for large pieces. The importer in the UAE clears customs; we supply the invoice, packing list and photos the broker needs.
6. Set up.
Simple models go together from the sheet. For large builds our team can travel to install, quoted separately.

Yes. We build in Mumbai and ship by air or sea. Large models travel in sections and are assembled on site.

Can you work white-label for our model-making company?

Yes. We can print parts, finish them or build complete models under your name and ship them to your workshop.

Who clears UAE customs?

The importer in the UAE clears customs through their broker or forwarder. We provide the commercial invoice, packing list and photos.

Can we see the model before it ships?

Yes. You get progress photos and a video walk-round before it is packed, and approve it before dispatch.
