The design stays the same across the run, and every piece carries its own recipient's name.

Names in the object: names, titles, employee numbers and codes are printed into the piece, not stickered on; nothing peels off because nothing was stuck on.
One spreadsheet: send the recipient list as a spreadsheet. It locks when you approve, so the names you sign off are the names we print.
Any quantity: from a single piece to runs in the tens of thousands. A different name on every piece is a file change, not a tooling change.
Mixed tiers in one run: leaders and award winners can take a heavier finish while everyone else receives the same design. One quote, one timeline.
Finished by hand: 3D printed corporate gifts, made by FDM or SLA resin printing, PU casting or CNC machining (our capabilities); the quote says which. Off the printer a part shows its layers, so we sand, prime, paint, clear-coat and texture by hand until the first piece matches the last.

Tell us your per-recipient gift-policy limit and we design to it. If your company sets a value limit per recipient, the design, size and finish are chosen to sit within it.

Every design sits in one of three tiers: Essential pieces are small and functional, Signature pieces are showpieces, and Leadership pieces are the standout piece, for leaders and award winners. Your written quote, in Indian rupees with an approximate value in your currency, is written to your limit.

Christmas, New Year and other gifting occasions abroad, 2026–27

The main occasions for gifting teams and clients abroad run from Thanksgiving, Hanukkah and Christmas in late November and December to Eid al-Fitr in March, with Diwali in October. A kept object with your logo, or your client's, stays on the desk long after the season.

A brief, design options on the first call, a written quote within 24 hours, then approval and a 50% advance; the run is made in Powai, boxed per name and delivered abroad or handed over in Mumbai.

Design options on the first call
A 30-minute call, booked inside studio hours (see your time zone). Options, not a blank brief; pick a direction and we refine it into the version you approve.
Written quote within 24 hours
Within 24 hours of your request being received and acknowledged. It states the process, finish, packaging, the date we can hold, the currency, how the run is delivered and how import duties and taxes are handled.
Approval from renders and photos
For runs abroad you approve from renders and photos, so no time is lost posting a sample. If you need a physical sample, it is made at single-piece (prototype) cost and credited to the run if you go ahead.

Approve the quote, the design and every word printed on the piece in writing; a 50% advance starts the run. The recipient list locks here.
Make, personalise, finish
Printed, cast or machined in Powai (any work made by a partner workshop is named in the quote), each recipient's name printed in from your list, then finished by hand. Inspection notes and a count of every piece against your name list, on request.
Balance before dispatch
Every piece is checked and boxed per name, and the balance is paid before the run leaves the studio.
Collected in Mumbai or delivered
Your courier or forwarder collects the run in Mumbai, or we deliver it to your office or to each recipient, as you choose.

Currency and payment

Quotes are in Indian rupees (INR), with an approximate value in your currency. You pay in INR by international bank transfer or card link; bank charges are paid by the sender.

On request we sign an NDA before any design work starts or any file is shared. Your design stays confidential in our studio; your files are never used to train AI and are deleted on request. If you want to own the design outright, we can sell you its IP, files included.

Quality

Checked before shipped, with inspection notes and a count of every piece against your name list, on request. Anything not as quoted: tell us within 7 days of receipt, as in our terms.

Supplier forms

Registration and bank details on request, so your vendor set-up can run alongside the design. Processes are listed on our capabilities page; any work made by a partner workshop is named in the quote.

The studio is open Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 22:00 IST, and calls run 30 minutes. Calls with US clients run daily in your morning. Calls are welcome at any hour but may not be picked up outside these hours; email and WhatsApp messages can be sent any time.

What to send us for an international gifting quote

The occasion, the number of recipients, the destination country and city, and the hand-out date are enough to start; we ask for the rest on the first call.

Occasion and hand-out date: the day the gifts need to be in recipients' hands.
Destination: the country and city, and whether the run goes to your office abroad or is handed over in Mumbai. If recipients sit in more than one country, list each office in the brief and the quote sets out how each is delivered.
Recipients: how many, and who they are: clients, partners, your own team, leaders or award winners.
Gift-policy limit: your per-recipient limit or budget band, if your company sets one; we design to it.
Who receives it, and where: so we can suggest designs, colours and wording. You approve every word printed on the piece.
Brand files: logo, vector if you have it, brand colours, and product CAD, drawings or photographs for replicas.
Names: a recipient spreadsheet (name, title, any code), final by the time you approve; it locks then. Names and wording can be in any language or script, accents included; say which in the brief.
Billing and supplier forms: billing details for the invoice from Fabra Forma LLP, and any vendor forms you need filled in.

Questions overseas buyers ask

Do you make and deliver corporate gifts outside India?

Yes. We design and make the run in Powai, Mumbai, box it per name, and either deliver it to your office or to each recipient abroad, or hand it over in Mumbai to your courier, forwarder, team or event. Quotes are in Indian rupees, with an approximate value in your currency.

Who pays import duties and taxes on gifts sent abroad?

When we deliver, it goes on DAP terms: we deliver to the address, and import charges (customs duty and import VAT or GST) are paid on arrival by the importer. If your own courier or forwarder collects the run in Mumbai, the import is arranged on your side. Tell us the destination country and city and the delivery address in the brief.

What currency do you quote in, and how does payment work?

We quote in Indian rupees (INR), with an approximate value in your currency for reference, and you pay in INR: a 50% advance after you approve the quote and the balance before dispatch, by international bank transfer or card payment link. Bank charges are paid by the sender. Fabra Forma LLP invoices against the billing details you give us, and registration and bank details for your supplier forms are available on request.

How early should we order for year-end, New Year, Lunar New Year or Ramadan?

Tell us the hand-out date in your first message. The run is planned backwards from that date, and your quote states the date we can hold; if a date cannot be met, we say so before you approve. Your approval and the advance start the run, so a date is easier to hold when they come early. If your company needs to set us up as a new supplier, start that when you send the brief; registration and bank details are available on request. The dates for 2026–27 are in the occasions table.

How long does delivery abroad take?

It depends on the destination, so your written quote states the dates for yours, counted back from your hand-out date. If a date cannot be met, we say so before you approve. Tell us the hand-out date and the destination in your first message.

How can we check who you are before we pay?

The studio is open Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 22:00 IST. From 1 November 2026 that is 04:30 to 16:30 in London, 08:30 to 20:30 in Dubai, 12:30 to 00:30 in Singapore and until 11:30 in the morning in New York, where calls with US clients run daily. Yes. Tell us your per-recipient gift-policy limit and we design to it. Essential, Signature and Leadership pieces can be mixed in one run, with one quote and one timeline.

Can you suggest designs that suit the occasion and the recipients' culture?

Yes. Tell us who receives the gift, where and for what occasion, and we suggest designs, colours and wording on the first call. You approve every word printed on the piece before anything is made.

Can names and wording be in Arabic, Chinese or another language?
