1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Fabra Forma LLP ("FabraForma", "we") is a custom design and fabrication studio providing 3D printing, CNC machining, resin casting, moulding, finishing and related design services from our facility in Powai, Mumbai. These terms govern quotations, orders and deliveries of those services.

2. Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the files and requirements you supply. Work begins on written acceptance and any agreed advance. Changes to design, quantity or finish after acceptance may revise price and timeline; we will confirm revisions in writing before proceeding.

3. Your files, your IP

You retain all intellectual property in the designs and files you provide. We use them solely to produce your order, restrict access to the project team, and delete or return them on written request after completion. Design work created by FabraForma transfers to you on full payment, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client files and briefs as confidential and will execute a mutual NDA on request before receiving sensitive material. We do not publish, photograph or reference your project without written permission.

5. Quality, inspection and acceptance

Parts are checked against the agreed drawing or specification before dispatch; inspection notes are available on request. Notify us of any nonconformity within 7 days of receipt and we will repair, remake or credit the affected parts. Dimensional tolerances follow the values stated in the quotation.

6. Lawful use

We undertake work for lawful purposes, including prototyping and manufacturing support for authorised defence programmes, and comply with applicable Indian law and licensing requirements. We may decline work that we reasonably believe to be unlawful.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

8. Payment

Payment terms, advances and milestones are stated on each quotation/invoice. Title in goods passes on full payment.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
