1. What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you submit: name, company, email, phone number, project details and any files you attach. The quote forms also record how you found us: your answer to the optional "How did you find us?" question, and the name of the website or campaign that sent you to the site. Your browser keeps that referral note for the visit only, and it reaches us only if you send a form. The website itself does not run advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, produce your order, and keep records required by law. We do not sell personal data. We contact you about your project — not with promotional mailing lists you didn't ask for.

3. Files and confidentiality

CAD files and briefs are used only to scope and produce your work, are access-restricted to the project team, and are deleted or returned on written request. See our Terms for confidentiality and NDA commitments.

4. Third-party services

Our quote form is delivered to our inbox via a form-processing service; messages you send on WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp's own terms. We keep third-party processing to the minimum needed to run the studio.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order records only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations (generally up to eight years for financial records under Indian law), after which they are deleted or anonymised. CAD files and briefs are deleted or returned on written request once your order is complete, except where the law requires us to retain a record.

6. Your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent and to perform the service you ask us for; we use it only for the purposes described above. You have the right to access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it, to have it corrected or completed, to have it erased when it is no longer needed, to nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf, and to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect processing already carried out). To exercise any of these — or to raise a concern — contact our Grievance Officer below; we will respond within the timelines the law requires. If a personal-data breach occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as required.

7. Where your data is processed

Our quote and operations platform runs on our own systems in India, reached through a content-delivery edge that may route encrypted traffic via servers outside India solely to deliver it to you. Any payments are handled by regulated payment providers; we do not store card details.

8. If you are outside India

We work with companies in the United Kingdom, the European Union and elsewhere. If you contact us from outside India, we use your details on the same basis as above: to answer your enquiry and to prepare and deliver your order, which are steps you ask us to take, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries and in writing to businesses about corporate gifts. When we write to someone at a business first, we say who we are, how we found the business contact details and how to opt out, and we stop as soon as you ask. Your details are held and processed by Fabra Forma LLP in India (see section 7). Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its use (including any direct marketing, at any time), and send it to you in a portable form. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK. Write to info@fabraforma.com and we will reply within one month.
