1. What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you submit: name, company, email, phone number, project details and any files you attach. The website itself does not run advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, produce your order, and keep records required by law. We do not sell personal data. We contact you about your project — not with promotional mailing lists you didn't ask for.

3. Files and confidentiality

CAD files and briefs are used only to scope and produce your work, are access-restricted to the project team, and are deleted or returned on written request. See our Terms for confidentiality and NDA commitments.

4. Third-party services

Our quote form is delivered to our inbox via a form-processing service; messages you send on WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp's own terms. We keep third-party processing to the minimum needed to run the studio.

5. Retention and your rights

We retain enquiry and order records as required for business and tax purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@fabraforma.com.
