Terms

Bulk runs, personalisation and lead times

Batch runs, personalised per recipient, with the quantity and the ready date in a quote answered within 24 hours.

  • Run size: any quantity, from a single piece. State it in the brief: a one-off or a small batch is quoted through Forge, our design-and-build line, and a larger run is quoted as a production job with its own date.
  • Personalisation: moulded merchandise is identical because the mould is; every change costs a new tool. Ours is printed from files, and a file can change per unit: names, titles, employee numbers, dealer codes, serial numbers. Send a spreadsheet; it locks at approval. A leadership tier can take a heavier finish: still one run, one quote, one timeline.
  • Finishing: off the printer a part shows its layers, so we sand, prime, paint, clear-coat and texture by hand until unit 1 and unit 400 match. FDM, SLA resin, PU casting or CNC; the quote says which.
  • Lead time: planned backwards from your hand-over date. The date we can hold goes in the quote, so a guessed number never costs you a launch.
  • Sample: available for every run, at prototype cost, and credited to the run when you go ahead. Ask at the brief.
  • Packaging: coordinated, delivered ready to hand over. One vendor, one timeline, one invoice.

The dates that matter

Corporate Diwali gifts 2026

Diwali (Lakshmi Puja) 2026 is Sunday 8 November and Dhanteras is Friday 6 November. Most companies hand over in the working week ending Friday 6 November, earlier for recipients in other cities.

As of 23 October 2026, Diwali is just over two weeks away. Small and personalised runs can still make it; how late we can take an order depends on quantity, design and finish, so we confirm the last date per order rather than publish a fixed cut-off. Send us your quantity and hand-over date and we confirm the last date we can take. Past that date we still quote, plainly.

Forms that suit the season: a diya stand or lamp carrying your logo (like the desk lantern concept above), a desk object in a festive colourway, a personalised piece per employee. Diwali passed? The next window is New Year 2027.

  • Design options on the first call
    Options, not a blank brief. Pick a direction; we refine it into the version you approve.
  • Quote within 24 hours
    In writing: process, material, finish, packaging, delivery, the honest date, anything partner-routed labelled. One person quotes and answers for it.
  • Approval and advance
    Approve quote and design in writing; 50% advance to begin. The recipient list locks here; a sample, if quoted, is signed off first.
  • Make, personalise, finish
    Printed, cast or machined in Powai, personalised from your list, finished as quoted.
  • Inspection
    Dimensional checks, inspection notes and a list count, on request.
  • Pack and hand over
    Packed properly; pickup in Powai, courier across Mumbai or shipping pan-India. Balance as quoted.

What is the minimum quantity for custom corporate gifts?
FabraForma does not publish a minimum quantity. State the quantity in the brief: a one-off or a small batch is quoted through Forge, our design-and-build line, and a larger run is quoted as a production job with its own ready date.
How long does a corporate gifting run take?
Quantity, size, finish and personalisation set it, so we publish no number. Every quote states the ready date and arrives within 24 hours; if a date cannot be met, we say so before you approve.
Can each gift carry a different name?
Yes. Names, titles, employee numbers, dealer codes and serial numbers are printed into the object, not stickered on. Send the list as a spreadsheet; it locks at approval.
Do you make 3D printed trophies and awards?
Yes. Each award is designed through Forge, our design-and-build line, made in Powai in SLA resin, FDM or cast PU resin, hand-finished and personalised per recipient. Metal, SLS and MJF are partner-routed and labelled in the quote.
Can you replicate our product, building or logo as a gift?
Yes, from your CAD, drawings or photographs: a product replica, a miniature building, a vehicle model or a logo in three dimensions. Building and vehicle miniatures share our scale-models bench.
How do you invoice, and what are the payment terms?
Payment is a 50% advance after quote approval, with the balance as stated in the quote; the invoice is raised by Fabra Forma LLP against the billing details you give us.
Can we sign an NDA before sharing designs?
Yes. NDA before CAD on request, signed before any file moves. Your files never train anything and are deleted on request.

Do you make corporate gifts for teams and clients abroad?
Yes. We design and make the run in Powai, box it per name, and deliver it to your office or to each recipient abroad, or hand it over in Mumbai to your courier, forwarder, team or event. Quotes are in Indian rupees with an approximate value in your currency. See international corporate gifting.
Are 3D printed corporate gifts eco-friendly?
Not automatically, and we do not label them that way. Each run is made to order, so there is no unsold stock, and the quote names the material so you can judge it. A gift kept for years is the real argument.
What drives the cost of a custom corporate gift?
Size, process, finish, per-recipient personalisation and quantity. Personalisation adds less than people expect: a file change, not a tooling change. Finish adds more: hand work on every unit. Give us the budget band and we design to it.
